      Fotini's Support is on-line, with remote access via IP. Support is provided from monday to friday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. The 24 hours support contract are made by analysts. The requests are attended within 30 minutes, with response within 2 hours.

      Fotini's clients also have a login area (your right side), where they may ask for support, check previous requests and get responses for their requests.
