| The
Training performed by Fotini is made for a Key Users Group (KUG),
that takes responsibility for the training of the others employees
of the company (that also participate in the implementation).
Fotini also provides training inside the company for employees groups,
scheduled 24 at least 24 hours before the date. Our training follows a rigid scheduling, with a simple and intuitive methodology. Besides classes of Fotini's technicians/teachers, the KUG users, and maybe other employees, are given a material according to their respective areas and titles. They are also taught to teach others employees, to make the most use of your employees. |
