follows an implementation methodology for its products held by a rigid
schedule, a gradual implementation and total control of occurrences
and results. Our technical team
remains at the company the time needed to assure the integrity of
the system change and that the processes are flowing naturally. During
the first weeks after, our team keeps in alert for the client, in
a way that any problem is solved quickly. The implementation team is formed by technicians, administrators, consultants, a Fotini's project leader and the client's "Key User Group" (KUG), the client's group responsible for the implementation. All together participate, including the prior and post implementation period, of programmed periodic meetings, assuring and revising all that was done. Implementation time and technical details vary from product to product and client from client. |
