The technology used by Fotini allows modifications to be made in the software for each client. Customizations and consultancy are charged according to the current labor-hour table, and do not prevent future versions upgrades of the system.

      About GLOVIA, we keep under maintenance versions 4.1 to 6.1, for which we have specialized technicians to offer consultancy and customizations, besides Support. For earlier versions, there is no maintenance. It's important to highlight that there is no license fee for upgrading versions for clients that stay in the maintenance contract.

      About ProHeus, maintenance is for the versions 5.0 till 5.5. For the clients under maintenance, the update is included and can be made remotely.
